The pulp entering the kneader is subjected to strong stirring, shearing and kneading due to the axial force of the rotor’s rotation and the relative movement of the rotor and the stator so that impurities such as hot melts, adhesives and ink adhering to the fibers are peeled off from the fibers and dispersed into fine particles.

The kneader can effectively remove the adhesive in the pulp to ensure the quality of the pulp and reduce the paper defects in the subsequent paper making process. The use of the kneader ensures the normal production order of pulping. The kneader not only reduces production costs but also increases the recycling rate of waste paper.
