LZ Series Heavy Impurity Cleaner is a kind of cleaner equipment for heavy impurities and is mainly used for removing heavy impurities like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles from different kinds of pulp.

Application and Feature

Working Principle

The LZ series heavy impurity cleaner adopts the difference in the proportion of fibers and impurities to separate impurities. The slurry enters the cleaner from the feed three-way tangent line at a certain pressure and then rotates at high speed. Owing to the difference in centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are thrown to the wall of the vessel. Under the action of gravity, it gradually moves to the cone bottom and enters the slag tank. Because of the small centrifugal force, the fiber gradually moves to the central low pressure area, vortexes up after reaching the bottom, and is discharged from the accept pulp outlet.
